By accessing or using Wydrobe ("Service", "Platform", "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Wydrobe is an AI-powered virtual try-on platform that allows users to:

• Upload personal photos for virtual try-on experiences
• Browse and virtually try on fashion products from multiple brands
• Save and organize virtual looks in collections
• Purchase products through affiliate links to third-party retailers
• Share virtual try-ons on social media

Wydrobe is a technology platform and does not sell products directly. All purchases are made through third-party retailers.

Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wydrobe. Users between 13-17 must have parental consent. Users must be 18 or older to make purchases or subscribe to paid plans.

You agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, copy, or download content for commercial purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission
• Upload photos containing minors without parental consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Wydrobe a limited license to:

• Process your photos to generate virtual try-ons
• Store your content on our servers
• Display your shared content to other users (if you choose to share publicly)

We do NOT: Claim ownership of your photos, use them for advertising, or share them with third parties without your consent.

Generated Try-Ons

Virtual try-on images and videos generated by Wydrobe are created using your photos and our AI technology. You own these generated images and may use them personally. However, you may not:

• Use them for commercial purposes without permission
• Claim they are authentic photographs
• Use them to mislead others about product appearance

Wydrobe Platform

The Wydrobe platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, logos, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Wydrobe and protected by intellectual property laws.

Subscription Plans

Wydrobe offers Free, Plus, and Pro subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions provide:

• Increased monthly try-on limits
• Video try-on capabilities
• Premium features and priority support
• Ad-free experience

Billing

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Payment Method: You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice
• Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Failed Payments: Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial months (except as required by law)
• 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Wydrobe is an affiliate partner with various retailers and affiliate networks (including Awin). This means:

• We earn commissions when you purchase products through our links
• Commissions do NOT increase the price you pay
• We are NOT responsible for products sold by retailers
• Returns, refunds, and customer service are handled by the retailer
• Product availability and pricing are determined by retailers

Always verify prices, availability, and return policies on the retailer's website before purchasing.

Important: Virtual try-ons are AI-generated approximations, not photographs.

• Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and angles
• Colors, sizes, and fit may appear different in reality
• Generated images are for visualization purposes only
• We do not guarantee exact product appearance
• Always check retailer sizing guides and return policies

Wydrobe integrates with third-party services:

• Payment Processing: Stripe (subject to Stripe's terms)
• Cloud Hosting: AWS, Vercel
• Analytics: PostHog, Sentry
• Retailers: Various fashion brands and stores

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Wydrobe is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do NOT guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are NOT liable for purchases made through affiliate links
• We are NOT responsible for accuracy of product information
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wydrobe, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload or share

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior toward other users or staff
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except:
